Abstract

El Trabajo Social como profesión no escapa a la realidad del ajuste estructural pues su principal empleado es el Estado. Debido al ajuste la profesión se enfrentará a la recesión del mercado laboral tradicional en un mediano o largo plazo, obligando buscar alternativas de desarrollo y prestación de servicio acorde con el modelo económico neoliberal impuesto mediante los convenios de Ajuste con los organismos financieros internacionales
