Después del Combo, ¿qué?

Abstract
A un año de las protestas nacionales en contra del "Combo ICE", vale la pena hacer un recorrido por los acontecimientos que sucedieron a su retiro de la corriente legislativa, especialmente lo que fue el trabajo de la Representación Social en la Comision Especial Mixta del ICE, así como el posterior surgimiento de la Coordinación Nacional de ENlace y Seguimiento (CONAES). Esta es probablemente una experiencia única en el mundo, en la cual los sectores populares lograron contener el proyecto privatizador neoliberal y además ganaron una posibilidad de interlocución directa con la clase gobernante, la cual representa en sí misma una interesante experiencia de participación social.
