Abstract
El Comité Ejecutivo de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Enseñanza e
Investigación en Trabajo Social (ALAEITS) desea aclarar la posición de las escuelas,
facultad e investigadores de trabajo social de América Latina con respecto a la
relación entre AIETS y la FITS, así como nuestra perspectiva sobre la Declaración
de Principios Éticos y la iniciativa de la FITS acerca de la brecha entre la Educación
y Práctica del Trabajo Social. La ALAEITS representa a 20 países con cientos de
programas de trabajo social y escuelas en América del Sur, el Caribe, Centro
América y México.
