Abstract
Fue allá, a principios de los años 60, cuando aún no había llegado la televisión, ni el hombre a la luna, ni tampoco teníamos fax, ni el Internet, cuando por primera vez escuchamos en las aulas universitarias al Presbítero Francisco Herrera, para ese entonces Director de la Escuela de Trabajo Social, hablar del RESPETO AL SER HUMANO.
