Abstract
A lo largo de los últimos 20 años se han generado procesos de flexibilización laboral que han afectado particularmente a los trabajadores industriales y del agro. En el actual contexto capitalista esa práctica se extiende al mundo profesional. El artículo destaca los primeros esfuerzos por desprofesionalizar el Trabajo Social costarricense y reducir sus competencias en el mercado de trabajo.
