Abstract
El Informe Psicosocial es el producto de una labor interdisciplinaria de por lo menos un Trabajador Social y un Psicólogo, que enriquece la labor de los operadores del sistema de administración de justicia en aras de la averiguación de la verdad real o material de los hechos, y que por ser una pericia debería ser susceptible de impugnación por medio del recurso de apelación, ante un órgano superior e independiente, además de contar con otros recursos ya existentes, como los de adición y/o aclaración, o ampliación.
