Abstract

External support networks are undoubtedly the most important link in the adequate process of
social reintegration for incarcerated youth.
This article aims to make visible the Social Work intervention process, to strengthen the bond between young people, their family support networks, and the social landscape, through the use of technological tools, during the restrictions imposed on general visits, as a health protocol undertaken due to COVID-19.
This tool will be implemented as a face-to-face communication alternative, to reduce anxiety-stress levels in the youth population. Likewise, it is intended to avoid the physical-affective breakdown of the family relationship during their incarceration.
