Actualidad de los valores en el ejercicio del trabajo social

Abstract
Tal como se ha expresado en diversos documentos, el tema de los valores se constituye en una necesidad para el análisis de los diferentes actores sociales y de sus acciones. Ello por cuanto se trata de elementos movilizadores o desmovilizadores que inciden sobre el actuar de las personas y de los grupos y que lo condicionan. De modo que valor y movilización son conceptos inseparables, que casi se identifican y que explican en gran parte el avance o el freno del desarrollo de la sociedad.
Dado lo anterior, el análisis de los valores también se constituye en un tema central y de la mayor importancia para el análisis y el ejercicio del Trabajo Social, en su tarea de organizar, movilizar e integrar a las personas, grupos y sociedad en búsqueda del mayor bienestar y de la distribución de este.
